Summer Reading = Summer Fun!

Summer is almost here -- and that means Summer Reading at the San Antonio Public Library!

This summer we are celebrating the fact that Texans, young and old, love their libraries with the theme Libraries: Deep in the Heart of Texas.

Registration for Summer Reading 2009 begins on June 1. You can sign up for the Reading Club online or at any San Antonio Public Library location. Keep track of the books you read this summer on your Reading Log -- and when you get to 15 -- bring it back to the Library for a Reading Club certificate and a free paperback book to keep!

And, you can use the Library's electronic calendar to find out about weekly programs and special events designed to keep you coming to the library all summer long.
