A Ball for Daisy, written and illustrated by Chris Raschka, is the winner of the 2012 Caldecott Medal.Mr. Raschka is no stranger to the Caldecott Medal. He received the award in 2006 for The Hello Goodbye Window and a Caldecott Honor citation in 1994 for Yo! Yes?
