Spring is for the Birds

Spring is here and so are many different types of birds. You can become a birdwatcher right in your own backyard. The only tools you need are your eyes and ears. Look Up!: Bird-watching in Your Own Backyard by Annette Cate can get you started. Cartoon style speech balloons will have you laughing and learning at the same time. As the author states, birds are more exciting than slugs and less dangerous than grizzly bears!

So why not go outside and get started today? You may never look at or listen to birds the same way again.
