Lots of people -- young and old -- talk to their cats. And while the cats may not be answering in words -- they are giving their owners lots of information in other ways.
Jean Craighead George, a prolific writer of books for children about animals, offers some good advice about talking (and listening) to your cat in her book How to Talk to Your Cat. Since January 22 has actually been designated as "Answer Your Cat's Questions Day" it may be a good day to find out how to go about that task!
