The Nest

Worried about his baby brother, and even more worried about the growing wasp’s nest right outside his baby brother’s window, Steve begins having dreams of a mysterious wasp queen who offers to “fix” the baby. But what could Steve lose if he accepts the bargain? Kenneth Oppel’s (Silverwing, The Boundless) haunting gothic tale, The Nest, has received six starred reviews. Caldecott Medalist Jon Klassen has contributed several eerie illustrations scattered throughout the book. For fans of Neil Gaiman’s Coraline.
