September 15: International Dot Day
Peter Reynolds is the author of The Dot -- a simple story about a girl named Vashti who says she cannot draw. But, with a little encouragement and a lot of creativity, it turns out she has all sorts of art inside of her.
This imaginative story became the inspiration for International Dot Day. A day when all of us are encouraged to explore our creativity and discover, like Vashti, we have lots of art inside.
