Summer is the perfect time to get started reading the 2010-2011 Texas Bluebonnet Award nominees. Children who read at least 5 of the 20 books on the list are eligible to vote in January to help select the 2011 Bluebonnet Winner!You can find out more about the Bluebonnet Award on the Texas Library Association website -- or -- you can visit the Bluebonnet Guide on mysapl.org -- or -- just ask the children's librarian at your branch to help you find a Bluebonnet book that is just right for you.
