Frozen Food Month?
March is National Frozen Food Month! Who knew?
Of course vegetables aren't the only frozen food -- but how many times does a library blog get to feature a book full of carrots, eggplant and radishes?
But if you just can't stomach the idea of frozen vegetables -- check out Carmen Tafolla's What Can You Do With a Paleta? After all -- they are frozen, too!
