Happy Birthday, Douglas Florian

Douglas Florian is both an artist and a poet -- who loves to play with words, colors and collages.  Mr. Florian was born on March 18 in New York City where he still lives.

His most recent book, unBEElievables, contains fourteen funny, fact-filled poems and paintings -- all about bees. But he also has also written poetry about dinosaurs, pirates, insects, dogs, lizards and trees --  to name only a few!
