SAPL Kids Celebrate Hispanic Heritage

What do pineapples, potatoes and papayas have in common?  They are all "New World Foods" -- foods native to the Americas that were not known to Europeans prior to 1492.  Of course these aren't the only delicious foods found in the New World.   Join us to learn more as we celebrate the native foods of Central and South America during Hispanic Heritage Month. Visit the library's electronic calendar for a complete list of children's "New World Foods" programs.
