Recommended Reading: Stolen Moon

If you have seen the latest Star Wars movie and are ready for some more SF action, then check out Stolen Moon, the second book in Rachel Searles’ Lost Planet series. Chase, Lilli, and Parker have taken refuge in a spaceship, fleeing from those who want to experiment on and exploit the unusual powers that Chase and Lilli possess. They wind up on a distant moon and in the middle of a dispute between two extra-terrestrial groups.

With action, space travel and a variety of alien beings, this is a terrific space opera for intermediate and middle school readers.
