The Year of the Horse

January 31 marks the beginning of the new year according to the lunar calendar.  In honor of the Year of the Horse this month's electronic book shelf features books about these noble and elegant equines.

The Chinese zodiac suggests that the Year of the Horse is associated with traveling, competition and victory as well as love and leadership.
